Have you ever felt alone, tokenized, or shamed for being "different"? After so many of these experiences, you start shaming yourself and doubting your worth. Shame is sneaky and it can cause destruction within ourselves. You may not fully believe that you’re lovable, but you want to get there one day. There are many societal forces that keep us from connecting with our inner selves and the world around us. I’m passionate about equipping folks with the tools to navigate racial trauma and the effects of colonialism.
