Learning to live your best life can be challenging but it can also be self-actualizing. We can help clients from ages 14 to 100 assist in finding a life worth living. We each have specializations that cover the life span from teen age issues to aging. Our couples counseling is unique in that we have two clinicians in each session, so everyone will feel heard. We also specialize helping people to work on weight related issues. We work in conjunction with 12 steps, medications prescribed by your physician or weight surgery to make life long changes.
