"If there is life there is hope." When life is difficult and overwhelming it is helpful to have someone come alongside to support you. The therapeutic process encourages the individual or family to bring awareness to both it's strengths and it's struggles. Through this awareness change begins. I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience with intensive training in depression, anxiety and grief counseling. This includes any type loss- death and dying, divorce, change in job or financial status, life transition etc. I have also done extensive work with veterans and their families.
