Everyone has a story to tell and should be given the opportunity to tell their story, while being afforded a non-judgmental ear to listen. My philosophy is, by telling your story, this marks the start of healing the mind and heart. My experience includes focusing on the main issues of Anger, Depression, Neglect, Bullying, ODD, and Substance Abuse. I provide psychotherapy sessions to clients that are dealing with various diagnosis (Anxiety, ADHD, Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, and Substance Abuse). I facilitate group sessions, dealing with Trauma, Grief/Loss, Coping skills and Co-Occurring Disorders. I use Cognitive-Behavior, Person Centered, DBT and Religious Cognitive Emotional Therapy. I do integrate other theoretical orientations on a case-by-case basis. I'm empathic and supportive, yet direct. I promote excellence in the provision of treatment, evaluation, and training. I take pride in promoting integrity, accuracy, honesty, and truthfulness.
