Therapeutic Approach: I utilize a variety of techniques and theories based on the needs of my clients. Some of the therapeutic approaches that I utilize include Solution-focused Brief Therapy Interventions, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Mindfulness-based (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing, Multicultural, Relational, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have extensive experience working with a wide range of diverse clientele from varied socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.
