I think of therapy as the opening of a conversation. Often, the struggles that bring us to therapy are actually invitations—doorways to growth, change, and new possibilities. I hold a PhD in Clinical Psychology and licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I offer Telehealth services to support clients throughout the state. My approach is tailored to the individual. I work collaboratively with each client to identify personal strengths and inner resources as the foundation for navigating life’s challenges. My style is warm, open, and actively engaged.
