I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. In today’s complex world, it is not hard to feel thrown off course by the overwhelming challenges one can encounter. Maybe you are tackling a troubled relationship, going through a difficult life transition, wrestling with losses, illness, addictions, or feel stuck because of past trauma? Perhaps you are a creative professional whose struggles get in the way of your self-expression and ability to succeed? It can be hard to reach out for help when you are in pain and feel alone, but I believe that I can provide a guiding hand to enable you to feel seen, heard and supported. I enjoy creating trusting relationships with adult clients to achieve meaningful change at different life stages. I have over 10 years' experience in the mental health field, and have been in private practice for a few years. My diverse background includes serving creative professionals and Veterans. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety and trauma.
