I became a therapist with the goal of helping my clients to lead serene and joy filled lives. The goal is not to keep you in therapy forever but instead give you the tools you need to be able to feel at peace and in love with your life. I specialize in Narcissistic abuse, addiction, divorce, narcissistic abuse, anxiety, depression and C-PTSD Great NEWS! Neuroscience shows that our brains and nervous systems are changeable and adaptable and can heal themselves through neuroplasticity. I incorporate traditional therapy with brain and nervous system regulation. I started in addiction, leading me to specialize in Complex PTSD and attachment issues.
