To do this I will help you increase awareness of your healthy and unhealthy patterns and provide you with tools to change unhealthy patterns. I offer empathy and support in this process of developing your strengths. I have helped people attain the relationships they desired, achieve job satisfaction, and build confidence. I have also helped many people successfully navigate through familial concerns, life transitions, identity issues, sexuality issues, depression, and anxiety.
