I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful and disruptive thought patterns. This approach is hands-on and provides you with tools needed to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. Based on your unique needs, I may adapt my approach to include practices like mindfulness and relaxation. Your goals and progress are my primary focus.
