When a child or adolescent walk into my office, they are entering a zone of non-judgment and unconditional acceptance. Here, I welcome each client’s walk in life and begin to skillfully guide them through their personal journey of growth, at a pace in which they are comfortable. They may be struggling with transitions like school changes, divorce, facing bullying, or have anxiety for reasons that they have yet to identify. They may suspect, or have been diagnosed with autism or ADHD. They may be questioning their identity and have LGBTQ-related concerns. View 6 Photos My lens is both strength-based and trauma-informed, combining evidence-based practices with years of wisdom, sprinkled in with a healthy dose of laughter. My clients tell me they feel seen and heard. Play therapy, CBT, and parts therapy are some of the modalities I offer, usually combined with music, games, or drawing.
