Deborah has extensive experience in the areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and conflict resolution. Deborah worked in a variety of settings including in-patient and in-home hospice, a college counseling center, an independent day school for dual diagnosis behaviorally challenged youth, and the medical hospital setting working with chronic illness, life transitions, end-of-life, and conflict resolution. Deborah’s recent work has been at an inpatient rehabilitation facility for individuals struggling with dual diagnoses of substance use and mental health challenges.
