One of the hardest things to admit to ourselves is that we need help. Searching for a therapist is a brave first step. My background is in individual, couples, and group therapy. I am an independently licensed Clinical Social Worker with many years of experience helping clients who struggle with the aftermath of trauma (sexual, physical, emotional, and combat-related), mood disorders, anxiety, interpersonal challenges, and end of life transitions.
