I have been providing therapeutic services for more than 16 years both in an office setting as well as Telehealth. I offer treatment services to young adults through geriatric (18 - 80+) including; veterans, first responders, law enforcement, as well as court ordered clients. I help clients to manage life challenges that negatively impact their lives. I utilize multiple treatment approaches in the therapeutic process such as; Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, Eclectic, and Trauma Focused to assist with bringing about the best in the client.
