I believe our strongest resources for survival and living life are hiding within us, waiting to be revealed. I'm experienced/trained in treating anxiety, depression, life transitions, postpartum, anger, substance use, trauma and improving relationships, seeing both children & adults. With no judgment, I use an eclectic, positive, humanistic approach to therapy- Looking at what is possible, what can you do? Becoming vulnerable, “looking inside” -is the first step.
