If you’re feeling weighed down by anxiety, depression, or the pain of past experiences, you don’t have to face it alone. I work with adults who are tired of feeling stuck and want real relief and change in their lives. When we work together, you’ll find a safe space to feel what you feel — without judgment or pressure to ‘just get over it.’ I’ll help you learn how to comfort yourself and handle your emotions with more kindness, instead of pushing them away. I also can help with not judging emotions, for example anxiety can often be protective and isn't necessarily bad.
