If you have come to this website, I imagine you already know that something is bothering you. That something may be an uncomfortable feeling like depression, anger or anxiety, or it may be a desired goal that you have been unable to reach, like sobriety or a good marriage. I have been working with individuals and couples for over 30 years, trying to figure out what makes folks tick, and walking the journey with them as they look for new directions, new strengths and new ways to live life.
