Hello, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 29 years of experience. My primary focus is providing support for relationships that are struggling or just wish to develop skills to assist in gaining a stronger connection. I believe there is no right or wrong individual . When each can learn to care for themselves in a healthy way, they develop the courage to share themselves deeply. I provide first session together and follow with each individual. In my experience this is very helpful in building safety and trust. I then begin the couples work. Communication skills are provided and I particularly have found IMAGO to be highly effective. Homework is given and practice is encouraged between sessions.
