My license is in Mental Health Counseling; but my real training is a Ph.D. in Marriage & Family Therapy with a specialty in using Internal Family Systems (IFS). I have experience working with adults and teens who are navigating anxiety; depression; life transitions; and family-related concerns. I'm here to empower and support you!
