My work as a mental health practitioner specializes in women's well being. Focusing on all aspects of one’s life; emotional, physical and spiritual. In sessions we will explore a variety of female issues such as self worth and confidence, feelings of and depression as well as other emotional issues that prevent you from living up to your full potential and finding a satisfying balance in your life. It is possible that during the darkest times in our lives the greatest amount of growth, self discovery and fulfillment can occur. I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for my clients to explore themselves and their lives.
