About

I am an Indian-American therapist, yoga teacher, and artist who believes in the power of our individual and collective creativity to shape new realities for ourselves. I often integrate arts and decolonial somatic practices to support narrative therapy. Storytelling, laughter, and honoring personal wisdom are essential to my work. I enjoy working with BIPOC, queer, and trans clients, as well as community organizers, creatives, and individuals exploring their spiritual life. My practice is rooted in a trauma-informed and narrative framework that seeks to support individuals and partners navigating the complexities of life transitions, gender and sexuality, anxiety, and depression. My hope is that clients are able to experience more freedom and compassion in their everyday lives.
