Motherhood not what you expected and you're feeling overwhelmed? Are you a new parent and you feeling anxious, lonely, doubting yourself as a new mom or don't feel like yourself? Or, are you struggling with infertility and beginning to lose hope you'll ever become a mom? Whether you've experienced a pregnancy loss, are facing an uncertain pregnancy, or have lost your sense of identity since becoming a mom, we can work on that. I offer counseling for residents in California who are dealing with perinatal or postpartum depression, anxiety, grief/loss, birth trauma/PTSD, and the challenges of early parenthood.
