I am passionate about helping adults (18 yrs+) become empowered by better understanding their struggles, learning tools to heal and to cope with current or past issues, and, in that process, to become the boss of their life again. I believe that all emotions and behaviors make sense in the context of one's life and are often attempts to solve a problem in the best way one knows how. Thus, there is no crazy! When wounds from the past get triggered in the present, it's an invitation for healing. Seeking help is a step to freedom I specialize in treating anxiety, PTSD/ C-PTSD, grief and loss, relationship struggles and women's issues. I strive to provide a compassionate, safe, environment. I am a certified EMDR therapist, trauma professional, and level 3 certified TIST (trauma informed stabilization). I use an eclectic and strengths- based approach which includes a variety of interventions including CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, Sand tray. See seek1.com
