My ideal client is looking to make changes in their life, either to improve functioning, improve personal relationships, or would like to find a greater sense of personal life satisfaction, meaningfulness, and inner contentment. My ideal client may have recently experienced a crisis or increase in stressors or has a long history of experiencing interpersonal struggles and unhappiness and is looking for a therapist that provides an empathic approach and offers a safe nonjudgemental environment to explore thoughts and feelings. My client is interested in learning effective coping skills, how to challenge distorted thinking, and ways to improve self-esteem.
