I specialize in those struggling with trauma, substance abuse, dual diagnosis, anger, anxiety and depression. I provide Individual therapy for adults in person or via telehealth. I provide a safe haven for you to tell your story & begin healing toward your life's purpose. We'll gently work through the pain to experience a release towards coping with your life's deepest wounds. I incorporate the evidenced based modality of EMDR therapy to provide change in reducing trauma symptoms.
