Pain and hardship are a universal and inescapable part of life. However, confronting our challenges and fears can provide the opportunity for self-discovery, personal growth, and transformation. I deeply respect the strength and courage required to seek counseling and believe that developing a trusting, authentic relationship with my clients creates the foundation of therapy. I endeavor to create a safe, non-judgmental space in which I help clients harness strengths, build new skills, and create a path for personal growth and insight.
