I have been a practicing therapist for over twenty-five years. I spent a number of years working with children, adolescents and families in a community-based agency. Now in private practice, my focus has been on the needs of adults and couples of all ages. All are struggling with issues related to mental health, self-esteem, trauma, relationship challenges and life stage concerns. Each stage brings its challenges.
