In these "chaotic" times more than ever, I see clients who are struggling to deal with added uncertainty on top of the usual difficulties of life! This stress, in the form of disrupted relationships, family and parenting concerns, and financial/job concerns, contributes to more anxiety, anger, depression, substance use. I like to offer clients a safe, productive space in which to feel comfortable to explore and develop some strategies to move in a positive direction. I strive to develop a good "working" relationship, built on mutual regard and respect.
