I offer a variety of counseling services to adults and couples. My therapeutic style could be described as intuitive, empathic, friendly, and interested. Although sessions are informal and conversational, I will stay "in the trenches" with you to provide support through confusing and challenging times. Beyond support, my mission is to empower and uplift by facilitating self-awareness, self-acceptance, and celebrating self- expression. So, to that end, I am committed to my own personal authenticity and self-care.
