I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist experienced in working with adolescents and adults experiencing Eating disorders, Depression, anxiety, and trauma. Sometimes the difficulties we experience rob us of joy and can affect all areas of life. I want you to know you do not have to try to manage this by yourself and that it would truly be an honor to support your path toward healing. As a therapist I take an integrative, client-centered, strength-based approach in the treatment of Eating Disorders, Depression and Anxiety. I have several years of experience in working with adults, adolescents and their families.
