My hope for my clients is to empower them to reach their goals. That looks different for everyone. We know that anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, relationship as well as work stressors can negatively impact us and prevent us from having the life we truly deserve and want. Oftentimes, in order to move forward, we need to look back and see why certain things have impacted us and continue to impact us. My approach starts with reviewing goals and determining how best to move forward. Sometimes that means short-term solution focused therapy. Other times, it's cognitive behavioral and narrative therapy along with MI.
