Hi, I am Deborah and I am glad you are here. I know it can be difficult to admit when we need help sometimes. Whether you have life long trauma or an acute situation that you need to work through, having an understanding counselor to help navigate you on your journey is priceless. Life is busy and we all get overloaded at times and need to decompress in ways that work for you as an individual. Learning how to ask for help is the beginning of a life changing experience for you. The ability to "let go", learn and move on is phenomenal in growing. I am a qualified supervisor for LMHC interns.
