Feeling out of control or at the end of your rope and looking for someone who will really listen? I have a background rich in creativity and diversity and provide a safe and supportive environment to help clients find balance, peace and empowerment. I am passionate about helping people find their voice and realize their full potential, and especially enjoy working with first-generation Americans, who find themselves struggling with conflicting expectations and paths. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused interventions, to form meaningful, trusting relationships with clients.
