The focus of my therapy practice is to help couples improve the quality of their relationship. I only work with couples. When we have a more secure and positive relationship we cope better and do better in the rest of our life. In our work together you will begin to identify the negative patterns that have lead to feelings of disconnection. You will then learn how to re-connect and be able to have the relationship you are looking for.
