I help clients handle their emotion and behavior with different situations throughout their life, ranging from managing anxiety, regulating emotions, temper tantrums / social skills in childhood; to peer pressure in adolescence; pressures of college, finding your career path and maintaining relationships in young adulthood; adjusting to various life transitions come middle / late adulthood (relationship issues, adjusting lifestyle when children leave home, illness, caring for children and parents simultaneously).
