The foundation of my practice comes from a strong belief in the importance of building a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. My practice is based on an integrated, eclectic approach, utilizing clinical models that are best for each individual, helping you make positive changes, cultivating your strengths, meeting your goals, and relieving distress. I will actively engage with you in a supportive and non-judgmental manner, and work collaboratively and compassionately. Working with clients who are open to becoming more self aware and improving their lives, motivates my work.
