Taking New Clients - (No Children at this time)- I strive to create an accepting, supportive, nonjudgmental, safe and welcoming environment where clients can feel heard and seen, cultivating healing and empowerment. My therapeutic approach is multi-faceted, reflecting the individuality of each client. I have experience working with diverse populations including children, teens, adults, and couples struggling with a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, grief & loss, ADHD, PTSD, substance use, self-esteem, and various life transitions.
