So often when visited by seasons of difficulty or as a result of past trauma, we lose sight of our own hero within. We may feel anxious, helpless, or broken by any number of emotional challenges in our lives. Often times people get stuck in a place of self-judgment. Therapy allows us to explore our lives, our relationships and pivotal experiences. We may often find hidden beliefs that we carry through life, limiting our potential. I use solution-focused and narrative therapy techniques as well as psychosynthesis to integrate and embrace all parts of ourselves. Our goal is to come to a place of wholeness, self-worth, and self-love. No matter your age, 5-85, it is always time to establish a loving, vibrant, and aligned way of being the authentic, beautiful you. Whether hurting or healing (or both) I am your guide as we navigate our important relationships, understand our lives, make meaning through different types of transition or loss, and approach honesty with ourselves and others.
