Hi, I'm Debbie! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience in mental health. I work to support clients in finding insight, healing, and renewed direction. I provide a non-judgmental space where you can explore trauma, difficult childhoods, PTSD, previously unspoken abuse, or simply the sense that you’ve been stuck for too long. My approach is rooted in attachment theory, combining evidence-based modalities like CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. I believe that healing happens not just through tools, but through our connection with ourselves and others.
