I have both personal and clinical familiarity with ACOA issues and other family dysfunctions that cause us to experience negative symptoms and behaviors in adulthood. I have many years of clinical experience with clients who are on the Autism Spectrum and clients with ADD to help them find strategies and develop strengths. In addition, I personally understand and enjoy working with older adults who struggle with anxiety and depressive symptoms.
