We offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), CBT-AR (AFRID exposure), and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP). We provide tailored sessions for children ages 8+, as well as individual therapy for adults 18+. We customize sessions and personalize goals to meet your unique needs. Our therapist also provide sensory integration and developmental therapy as needed for our neurodivergent patients. About Debra: With over 15 years of experience, Debra brings a wealth of knowledge from her work in hospice care, child abuse and trauma, corrections, developmental disabilities, and crisis response. She is a certified school social worker and holds certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Pending additional certification in psychopharmacology.
