With over 20 years of experience as a mental health psychotherapist, I have supported individuals through a wide range of life challenges. I have also had the privilege of providing thousands of hours of therapy to nurses, doctors, and fellow psychotherapists—the helpers who dedicate their lives to caring for others. Supporting those in caregiving professions is one of my greatest passions. My mission is to guide individuals on a journey back to their innate wisdom, compassion, peace, and confidence. Michelangelo described sculpting as the act of chipping away marble to reveal the beauty already within.
