I believe therapy involves collaboration with my clients for individualized care. Whether working with an individual, a couple, or a family, I provide therapy that helps clients explore their past and present dynamics to provide corrective experiences. My clinical style involves strength-based approaches to help my clients feel supported while incorporating evidence-based practices and providing direct feedback and guidance. My hope is that through therapy, you can overcome things that are holding you back from having healthy relationships and discovering your full potential. I've spent a large portion of my career working as a school counselor where I provided therapy for students and their families. Currently, most of my clients struggle with trauma related disorders, Anxiety disorders, Depression and just trying to do life on a daily basis.
