Need to feel safe? Prefer a therapist who says it like it is (with a side of class, tact, and the ability to help you get to your stuff with out feeling judged or shamed)? I focus on assisting teens, couples, and families with problems in day to day living to more complex issues that have reached crisis level. My strengths are in the areas of divorce, anxiety (triggers and control), bullying, ADD &ADHD lifestyles, and teen/parent relationship issues. I welcome parenting and couple dilemmas. Furthermore, I am experienced in dealing with gender issues, depression, grief, and general tough times.
