I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a degree from Columbia University Graduate School of Social Work. I have been a therapist for over 25 years, helping children, adolescents, adults, and older adults in my private practice, as well as in mental health, hospital, and school settings. My background also includes working with clients who are neurotypical and neurodivergent experiencing a range of concerns, including life transitions, relationships, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, medical conditions, and grief.
