I am a licensed psychologist in New Jersey and have been working with children, adolescents, adults and families for over 25 years. I strive to help individuals, couples and families meet their individual goals, reducing distress and anxiety, managing life's challenges, decreasing conflict, improving mood and increasing productivity. Therapy is a collaborative process in which individuals learn skills to incorporate into their lives, in order to see change and achieve goals that are desired. I lecture extensively throughout the area to school districts and at state and local conferences.
