I offer a safe, supportive space to help you manage stress, heal from trauma, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and gain tools for lasting change. I was called to this work when my son was diagnosed with a severe mental illness. As an African American family, we often faced judgment—his tall stature shaped how he was seen before anyone heard his story. Navigating the mental health and legal systems became a personal mission—and that experience ignited my passion for supporting individuals, families, and caregivers who feel overwhelmed, lost, or unsure where to turn.
