Clients often seek psychotherapy because something feels “off” or there are struggles as a result of family life transitions. Unexplored behavioral and emotional responses can keep us feeling “stuck” and prevent us from fulfilling relationships and careers. Each client is unique and there is no such thing as “one size, fits all” therapy. I provide both long-term and short-term support for clients facing setbacks/life changes. I am a collaborative, trauma-informed Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (EMDR-certified) and Certified Parenting Coach. I work with older teens, young adults, parents, partners & families to create positive change! I provide a supportive, compassionate space to enhance your resilience and resources toward healing.
