I offer online therapy to couples and individuals throughout California. I have training in several modes of couple therapy, sex therapy, trauma therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process. We will focus on your concerns, your struggles, and your goals. We will pinpoint areas you want or need to change and then we will develop a plan to move toward your goals, access your resources, acquire needed skills, and progress toward a healthier, more fulfilling life or relationship.
