I enjoy working with adults, children and couples. I have been practicing for the past eighteen years and help clients with a variety of issues they might need support for; anxiety and depression, marital conflict, parent-child challenges, etc. My approach is relational and eclectic. I draw from many approaches such as Internal Family Systems, Developmental Theories and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I try to help people gain insight and move forward. Clients have told me I am an active listener and provide helpful feedback.
